Dato' Dr. Abd. Shukor has extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, with particular expertise in dispute resolution, corporate conveyancing and arbitration. He has appeared before the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court, and is a practising arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator both locally and internationally.

Dato' Dr. Abd. Shukor has experience in contentious and non-contentious matters.
In the field of dispute resolution, he has appeared in courts at all levels including the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court, representing developers, banks, companies and individuals in multifarious areas ranging from injunctions and land disputes to the complex areas of liquidations, receivers and managers, arbitration and construction contracts.
In the area of corporate conveyancing, Dato' Dr. Abd. Shukor has vast experience in drafting various documents involving companies, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. He is also one of the few solicitors in the country who is very familiar with air and space law, having been involved in drafting documents for various space-related activities including manufacturing, launching and the transfer of risks, insurance and re-insurance.
Dato' Dr. Abd. Shukor is also an arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator and has been appointed in such capacities both locally and internationally.
He has published extensively in referred journals, and is the author of "Legal Aspect of Hire Purchase", now in its 2nd Edition (Sweet & Maxwell, 2019).
